1. Device Ownership and Use

1.1 The User purchases and takes full ownership of the tracking device ("Device") from Triangle Tracking, LLC.

1.2 The User agrees to use the Device in a legal manner, in accordance with all applicable laws.

1.3 The User is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in their use of the Device.

2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

2.1 The User is solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Device complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances in the jurisdiction(s) where the Device is used.

2.2 Triangle Tracking, LLC makes no representations or warranties about the legality of the Device's use in any particular jurisdiction or for any particular purpose.

2.3 The User must maintain all necessary licenses and permits required for their profession and for the use of the Device.

3. Device Status

3.1 Triangle Tracking, LLC does not rent or lease Device hardware. The Device is owned entirely by the User upon purchase.

3.2 If the User is financing the Device through payments, the User remains the owner of the Device and is liable for any remaining balance.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 The User has the right to return the Device for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

4.2 After 30 days of use, the Device cannot be returned unless Triangle Tracking, LLC agrees to buy the Device back at 50% or less of the purchase price, with the actual buy-back amount to be decided solely by Triangle Tracking, LLC.

5. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Triangle Tracking, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from the User's use of the Device, violation of this Agreement, or violation of any third party right.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Triangle Tracking, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use of the Device or this Agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly set forth in the Limited Warranty section, the Device is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Limited Warranty

Triangle Tracking, LLC warrants that the Device will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This limited warranty is restricted to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the Device and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties.
